  Sadly to say ,bankers here are not willing to work to help us customers.Looks like im not the only one to say .I came in to transfer my brother $$$ .i didn't have his acct # .I asked one of them how we could access if i coukd use a computer.all they said only through phone app. I was hoping they'd guide me to a computer to help my brother access his account info since we were having problems on the Bank App .. After a while I asked her if we could use a computer .she told me i coukd use the one that was next to me.i had already asked and she had said no only tbrough app. (first thing I had asked jajajja) through all that ,all they did was walk around talking about their life occurences.I was in there almost an hour .Im disabled and kind of slow and even though they dont seem to care .I was looking to change banks and do not recommend anyone here. Very Bad Customer Sevice..shame shame shame

  Terrible service and rude tellers, customer service is not a priority to this bank. So sad I've moved here last week and I've Never seen Wells Fargo so poorly represented in banking. I've been banking with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. Tried calling bank manger Chris Goodman to give feed back but would not answer call or call back. So sad my business and personal accounts might have been lost due to this bank. Sincearly John
