- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been to this location multiple times and have never had a pleasant experience. Today was the last time I will use them! I mailed a package in one of their bright birthday mailers they sale (so it would stand out) an hour later I realized I had sent the wrong item so I call and Cindy (the rude older woman) answered. I asked if there was any way that she could hold that or open it for me so I could bring her the right item and she huffed and said I have too many packages here to find yours, what did you mail it in? I told her I bought one of the packs they sold in the store and I sent it USPS and she quickly said they had already picked up. So I asked what time and she says I'm not sure what time they picked up today. WHAT??? I was in there an hour ago now all of the sudden the mail has picked up but you don't know what time it was? What a joke I cannot believe this is the representation they are giving their customers because it is piss poor. Stay away from this place, use the one downtown it will be worth the drive!By Lindsie Townsend, April 02, 2017
