  I've always had a good experience here... I walk in and I'm done within 10 minutes TOPS! No rude customer service or attitude like some on here say they've experienced and I'm thankful for that.

  They've improved a bit from last year. Still could be more customer friendly though. Not sound like I bothered you by calling customer service.

  Horrible customer service. I called and talked to Patsy to follow up on a vehicle title that we had not received - I had explained the situation, going she could helo. Patsy had me on hold for over 10 minutes before coming back to the line to explain her computer system was giving her problems...then she put back on hold for another 5 (while I was thinking she was still looking up my vehicle information based on my plate#)..she comes back to the line to the line to ask.. "okay, so what were you calling about, a trailer?" Oh, man, I lost it! It is so unprofessional to keep customers on hold for so long without explanation. So I asked her for her first name and asked for her supervisor...in the transfer she "lost" my call. Very disappointed in our vehicle tax department today!!!!!!!!!!!!
